Refunds and Replacements for Quality-Related Issues

Within 30 days of receipt, we support either a full refund or a replacement for products affected by verified quality-related issues. Such issues may include, but are not limited to, factory defects, button malfunctions, functional failures, or other manufacturing-related problems that occur under normal and intended use conditions.

To initiate a refund or replacement request, customers are required to provide clear photographic or video evidence showing the issue in sufficient detail. This documentation helps us assess the condition of the product, verify the nature of the problem, and process the request in a fair and efficient manner. Claims submitted without adequate supporting evidence may require additional review or information before a resolution can be provided.

Once the issue has been confirmed by our support team, we will arrange an appropriate solution based on the circumstances of the case, including either a full refund or a replacement product. Our goal is to handle all eligible after-sales requests promptly and responsibly in order to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a reliable service experience.
